Réseaux Disponibles is a project that evaluates the shades and possibilities between radical energetic autonomy and collective infrastructures. The whole research is structured by aller-retours between primitive processes in a restricted area an delocalised processes, materials and uses. The selected area is a site chosen for its remote location and the diversified ressources it offers. In this only area we can find wood, granite, canf, aluminium wastes, clay... A riverbed allows to try hydrolic devices while a constant wind powers windturbines. Sometimes, sun appears and it rays can hit a curved mirror to be concentrated. After these primitives researches, a selection of models is gradualy improved by using outlocated materials such as pvc, steel, neoprene, and contemporary processes like 3D printing, casting, extrusion. Once they are developed, displays are confronted to contexts and combined into several ensembles channeling and powering energy from naural elements: wind, sun and waterflows. As they are combined and amplified, these displays are constantly evolving and growing according to their application context. This specific method aims to develop another process of research and development where Energy is nore considered as an absolute objective to reach but as a whole ensemble contained in everey electrical display, from its extraction from an environment to its functionment. Rather than a collection of closed and complete objects, It consists in several organizations of material, volumes and shapes responding to a precise and situated need. As a result, Réseaux Disponibles doesn't consist in a collection of products but in various "ways to do". Following pictures are displayed randomly, dissipiating distinctions between living in an environment, transforming it and delighting it. Nevertheless, you will find at the end of the page, an index where objects, materials and processes are detailed. I hope it will give you ideas and wishes to explore, create and invent.
